Robert Oster - Gogo
(Robert Oster - Gogo, swatched on Tomoe River paper).
It’s been a bit since I’ve been able to post swatches for inks! I think a lack of time (I’m nearly done my masters!) and feeling like I shouldn’t post without a writing sample has been stopping me from doing so, but that means I’ve also been sitting on a lot of scanned in / photographed swatches. SO, that being said I’ll be uploading and going back/backfilling writing samples as I make them.
I’ve had this ink from Robert Oster for a bit—I can’t say it’s my favourite. It’s an aggressively bright blue…or blurple, making me think of neon city lights.

Writing Sample
While the large swatch has some sheening to it, the writing sample didn’t have any that I could really see. However, that sheen isn’t present in the writing—instead we have some delicious shading.
The colour does soften up while inked up, which I appreciate. Here’s it’s done with a monoline nib, so a fairly broad space.
Hi! Just a disclaimer that:

This ink was purchased with my own funds.
A vibrant blurple with sheening and shading.
